I know an insanley strong build that gaurantees 30% fever meter per domain pop ontop of whatever dmg you do. If youd like to see the build ill put it below in the replies

So in order to do this you need a hyper specific build. First youll need barrrier mastery for that extra 30 seconds of domain duration. Then youll need brain heal witch is the base of this (brain heal normally would just be useable once for 15% per domain, this build lets it be used twice per domain) and 3rd and finally you need to get level 1 total concentration and then you can either use uplift or normal black flash. Now in order to land this you need to first black flash uplift or use normal black flash to land domain (needs to be a black flash imediatly into domain) then you use brain heal the second you enter the domain, because of total concentration the cooldown of brain heal will be lowered just enough that with the extra 30 seconds of domain you can use brain heal a second time right before the domain ends. The main downsides of this are. 1 brain heal costs 10% hp per use, so rct is recomended however because of the amount of fever you gain from brainheal youll most likley jackpot before you die if your playing well. 2 after getting all 3 necisary things your only left with 57 skill points. To customize. 3 you need to land a black flash into domain meaning you need to land it off a combo and need to have build up a focus bar before hand.
