The plaintiff says she’s known the defendant since they were teens, and she claims her friend works as a prostitute who serviced a trick while babysitting the plaintiff’s toddler. She’s suing for moving expenses, bail, and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff asked her to move in to help with childcare but filed false charges. She’s countersuing for moving expenses and emotional distress.
