Who should i give my brilliant rage to? Wanda or hulk?

Hulk does 2 ABLs if you don't use Doc Ock and the difference from Mighty to Brilliant is higher there. So, I'd say Hulk; Scarlet is strong with Mighty, does 2 days in ABx (Where doesn't make much difference is it's a Mighty or Brilliant) and only 1 ABL (That she can cap with Mighty).

SFX off and Low Graphics. Very Low only with Luna and Phoenix, and SFX on only with Cable (in ABL).
