The song structure and specially the lyrics are incredible. There's so much philosophy in it, criticizing the modern path of self-realization that never ends and the need to believe in something if your mind is empty and need to fill that void. Both of these concepts are intertwined and they create a form of slavery of the ego in the name of your very self-realization. You enslave yourself because you want to be something more and you end up living a life that has no life, pursuing things that once you have them are never enough, thus the constant feeling of frustration and dissatisfaction. That's how I see the philosophy behind these lyrics.

Personally I think he’s one of the best in all of death metal. It amazes me how deep he gets without it getting sloppy. Reminds me a lot of early Åkerfeldt. This guy you know doesn’t know shit lol.
