The answer to eula, after trying and testing and crying... is c3 +. But for real the best answer is rosaria. As soon as I saw chat removed rosaria I knew you were in for a rough time lol. From crit rate boost, energy, phys shred and chasing enemies that run like the seahorse, rosa is just great for eula even after 2 years.
