This makes me think of like, a dear companion of the Slayer during his time in Argent D'nurr. The Slayer has found evidence of their existence despite their fall, and tracks down their path of destruction, mirroring the Slayer's own. At the end they find something tragic; in fighting against Hell, this warrior has themselves been corrupted, and can no longer tell friend from foe. Now the slayer must put them down. They serve as an ill omen of where the Slayer's rage could take them if ever it loses its focus.

Yes, sometimes his covers are not as good as I expect, but mostly he does a great job on saving the original melody in sredding sound of Doom. That one guy didn't save the epicness and sorrow of original Gael's theme, and also din not succeed in adding the heavy blood-pumping beats of Doom. It's just an ok cover without understanding what made soundtracks of both games great.

It's an incredible game, especially DS3. I won't lie, if you haven't played another Soulslike game before it's gonna be a struggle for quite a while. Eventually though it'll just... click. And then it goes from a fun but painful experience to one of the most satisfying games on the market. Some of the most menacing beings the game - that can EASILY clap your ass - become your bitch.

I think that a lot of RoR's tracks would work wonderfully with the Argent treatment. Hailstorm, Precipitation, Köppen As Fuck, and Hydrophobia are some ones that come to mind.
