اگر یہ ترامیم پاس ہوجاتی ہیں تو بہت فائدہ ہوگا لوگوں کو اس سے پہلے اگر کوئی شخص زمین خریدتا تھا زمین کی پوری قیمت ادا کرنے کے باوجود محکمہ مال کے کاغذات میں خریدار کی حیثیت صرف کاشت کار ہی ہوتی تھی مالکانا حق حاصل کرنے کے لیۓ الگ سے کسی پٹواری کو رشوت دینی پڑتی تھی یا پھر ایک خاص مدت شائد پندرہ سال تک انتظار کرنا پڑتا تھا انتقال کے لیۓ

Agrarian land was hit by land reform Act of1976 and as such it was not purchasable land. Moreover, people in villages were not aware about how to register purchased land,instead making a sale deed,they used to approach a stamp vender or station writer who used to make a notery agriment which revenue patwari used to register purchaser as teanent, tiller. Latter on over a period of time the so made tiller would used to be entitled under article 4 and 8 right the act of 1976 as tiller as per the cited act for continuously tilting the land for 15 yeasr ,but he/she never was entitled as owner.

It is good news for J&K people but Who have occupied Kashcharie land and have constructed their houses on such land the government should make laws for giving them the legal rights to the house owner if he has no any land for constructing the house there should be restrictions only about 4 canals should be allowed to a person so that poor deserving orphans widows destitudes can too construct their houses 🏘 and live an honerable & respected life without any threat of demolition or the land occupied by the people illegally government land should be allowed to them legally after charging leavy @Rs..../= so that they can enjoy the legal rights on this Kascharie land or some other government land so that general people can have a sigh of relief as we know if we make survey in cities, villages,upper reaches all the Kashcharie land government land even Forest land is occupied by the people so after the " God " there is government and the government treats his citizens as his loyal family members so government is of the people by the people and for the people so the government should make laws for the betterment of the people

Land to tillar by shiek govt was granted for protection of the tillar to produce crops only to make their livelihood & to produce sufficient crops for himself & for the people of the j&k.Instead of this context tenant's sold that land already inconspericy with the revenue authorities.The present order is a mark of Questions & to facilitate the left out tenant's & to make the people of the state under food crises and depending on outsiders.
