Oh, they're not alone. I'm 28 and can't stomach what most kids and young lads call music these days. Excessive bass, mumbled rap lyrics, obnoxious random noises, no multi-layered melodic complexity to speak of, autotuned singing, computer-driven instrumentation, no soul whatsoever... yeah, I bloody hate it. I'll take rock and metal from 1951 to 1995 any day of the week over that utter tripe.
