Brian Johnson and Cliff Williams of AC/DC call in for an interview with Jason Rockman about AC/DC's brand new album Power Up!
Brian explains that 2020 changed everything around the release of the record, but they decided to release Power Up to cheer up fans around the world!
Brian explains how Power Up is a real tribute to the late Malcolm Young - and how 'Realize' was really a Malcolm inspired track.
Brian Johnson takes us through the trials and tribulations of AC/DC, and how proud they are of the record.
Cliff Williams joins (after some brief technical difficulties) and the two talk about how much they love Vancouver, British Columbia Canada!
The guys talk about their working environment with the great Brendan O'Brien, and how his methods work to get the most out of Brian Johnson's legendary voice.
As the interview goes on, Brian Johnson of AC/DC realizes one weird piece of trivia about Power Up that is different than any other AC/DC record!
Power Up is out Now!

Maybe he meant the first album in a while... Cut him a little slack, it's been over 30 years since Blow Up Your Video lol.

Not the first, “Powerage, “Blow up your video” and the live album “If you want blood, that track dropped on Highway to hell. What I find is that these no title track albums are always “unique” in a real great way!⚡️

Brian & Cliff, 'ats off to ya an' everything, but when in doubt, ask your longtime fans and followers; there IS NO song called Powerage and there IS NO song called Blow Up Your Video. Luv everything you do and have done though! Try and play some shows even if it be like live-in-the-studio thing as in that 1996 VH-1 thing you did. It would please us all as the next best thing, the real live shows not being doable for the time being, sadly. "We salute!"

I wish they would do one more album without Brendan O'Brien! He may be a good producer, but his pop-oriented mainstream style doesn't fit with ACDC at all! Where has the dirt and raw energy gone? Suddenly, it's all about catchy melodies and choruses. Not a good direction for this band!

Highway to Hell, Back in Black and The Razors Edge was all about catchy melodies and choruses too.
