Thank you carl once again you saved me a lot of time, me thinking this would be easy to figure out on my own was wrong Malcolm's unique style of rhythm gives this tune the kick although the chord combinations are basic, the way he jams gives this tune a personality of its own.

Great vid mate. What makes yours better besides the clear tutorial - is the 3 way split screen which is great for those who might only be stuck on the chords not the strumming etc. Cheers mate.

Does anyone know what pedal or effects he is using to get the sound? I have a BOSS ME-25 effects board and cannot replicate AC/DC's sound. Is it just a distortion pedal? Also I am using a Bugera amp. Thanks.
@alexlatecky2294
@alexlatecky2294 8 жыл бұрын
Angus's tone is just guitar and amp.He just cranks the volume up so there's a natural overdrive coming from the amp. To get his tone at the best level possible you will need old SG and old marshall amp.

+Adam Urbanovsky Malcolm's tone is a overdriven sound from his Gretsch.
@jweire9756
@jweire9756 8 жыл бұрын
+Adam Urbanovsky he used something else that might've had some effect. It was some sort of wireless thing I forget the name . From what I read some dude cut out a chunk of his guitar, dropped it in and then taped it shut . And then he used 2 different power cables or something . I don't remember the article but look it up
