Dear brother, generally the installation people is not doing the vaccum process. The little air inside the hose is mixed with the refrigerant and get diluted. The very small amount of oxygen will disappear. Is it so dangerous and alarming as you explained?

Discussed with AC mechanic, they said, for new ac, no need of vacuum, since gas already filled in it. Today {10.05.2020} installed daikin 1.5 Ton ac, Daikin team, done vacuum for 15 mins, leak test at 10 psi, and overall perfect installation. Thanks for the awareness Mr. நந்தகுமார், you are doing a great job. I'm happy with my choice, thanks Daikin.

Condenser coil is filled with gas. But not evaporator coil during installation. So it is must. Minimum 150 psi pressure test to be done.
