Monoblock heat recovery chiller. Any residential retailers in the Southwest? Phoenix, AZ. Or is this only best for commercial applications this far?

You missed some facts on geothermal system. They do offer split geothermal units which keep the compressor away from the air handler. Also split geothermal also has duel fuel capabilities which is very popular in colder climates so electric back heat isn't needed.

You are right.im working on a massive new construction lake loop with a split system. It's massive!

@KZbinCommunists yea split geothermal is awesome. I've installed quite a few over the years. I've done a couple of duel fuel split geos which were very nice.
