I discovered Armored core with Fires of Rubicon, and I am sad to say, this game slipped passed me as a 2000s baby. The series has Immediately enthralled me, and the sound track is no different.

I kinda hear "feel it in the will" more than "feel the wind I feel" now 2. While the first line of the second half is roughly the same, I just heard fewer distinct syllables, I guess 3. I always thought it wasn't literally children playing in the fallout and the sounds that they would make in doing so, but rather *just* the sounds of children, the noises of children. Those sounds would be playing in the fallout, like a recording or an echo.

@@ameerrusdi2540 i have a feeling that FromSoft didnt allow Kota to go as ham as the older games, mostly because they needed more atmospheric music rather than banger after banger. its a bummer but its understandable (here hoping that Kota makes an album like sunrise or reprise with more vocal tracks)

​@@draydraIt's been stated that Hoshino was given pretty much free reign with the soundtrack, meaning that he probably wanted to accommodate to the more story-driven nature of ACVI and maybe experiment with something new. At the end of the day, the man held himself back. Check out Disc 3 of ACVI's OST, it's much closer to the old style.

@LoneStar455 Most of the wierd lyrics are derived from OCRemix's version of Thinker, which contains many erroneous lyrics. The first line is 'I'm a thinker' as opposed to 'I'm in sync now,' but I have to give ZDAngel credit for making the first verse easier for me to understand. ;)

I really hated Armored Core 4 actually. Like, I loved the mechanics of the game (And ForAnswer winds up being my favorite entry in the series) But the mission design was horrible. Most were over in under 30 seconds, when the Loading screen was longer than that almost every time. However, I played a lot of AC4 online and ended up having one of the top-ranked positions online, my primary mech was an Airborne fighter and I had all the FRS Memory so even though I traded it to pretty much anyone who asked, nobody could rebuild it if they didn't have an S on every mission, lol. Having a custom control scheme that allowed me to circle strafe helped too. Most people online just spamed Quadlegs and Laser Rifle Rush. A setup that falls easy prey to a Core that can remain airborne. I hope AC6 is like AC4A and Not 5/VD.
