ACA Allertor 125 Failure - Ambience in Manitwoc WI on 8/17/24

Welp, this was disappointing… so I decided today that I recorded an Allertor in Manitowoc WI. So when the other sirens wound up, my heart dropped. But that ambience was awesome! You could hear the other 2 Allertor, the T-128 across the river and some RM-127s. The lower pitched Allertor is the underpowered 1 phase one. I was expecting them to do attack today, but nope the usual alert.
