Do you recommend this game I was thinking of buying it? I also would like to see a woodwork class or metal work that might be a British thing but I would be cool

100% Yes! The game starts out slow in the first school year as you can see in the first episodes of this series, which is nice at first but lacks possibilities in the second half. Starting with year two you will have enough money to really get going. In addition to the building part there is a pretty nice simulation under the hood with lots of things to research that allow even more micro management if you want. This includes teacher training, staff routing, assigning classrooms to different cantinas and even manually crafting the students schedule. If you want to see what is possible take a look at the Steam Workshop. There are lots of fantastic school build by other. I also recommend getting it now!!! It will leave early access next year and I think it was already confirmed, that the price will go up than.

Is there any emphasis on the individual students in this game (like Rimworld)? Or is it all about building an efficient building (Like Prison Architect)?

It tends to go more towards the prison architect direction. You can select a student as a favourite and do some special actions to help him, but that's it. Same for the teachers. There are some special teachers, but all they do is have a special name and 100% skill in one subject. there are no skills or a deep personality system like in rimworld. If you have 500 Students and 20 teachers later in the game (spoiler alert ;-)) having a system like rimworld would not work.
