I knew someone would mention this! I think Serj's vocals are what make B.Y.O.B. such a good song, and K/DA's vocals are good but don't fit well with B.Y.O.B.'s instrumental. The first 8 bars kinda work, the next 8 bars really don't work, and the last 16 bars work but aren't very interesting to me. On the contrary, POP/STARS has an amazing instrumental, so paired with Serj's iconic vocals, it's a match made in heaven.
