This song is actually called Mbube (the lion), and what you're singing is the Token's English version of this way too often uncredited song by Solomon Linda. Solomon was never paid a dollar despite the song's success so let's compensate a little by respecting his memory and naming it correctly! Also harder to change now but if you say Mmmbube instead of awimbowe it'd be more respectful towards Zulu speakers (and way more meaningful!)
