True indeed. BCB should groom and train properly with adequate match practice these talented U19 players so that they can properly graduate to the national team with their respective roles like all the top ODI eams do instead of randomly picking unknown players based on a single season performance in domestic competitions or even worse BPL. Otherwise, these talent young players will be lost just like many talented batsmen and bowlers from the 2020 U19 World Cup winning team which is reflected in the poor performance of the national team in the recent tournaments and World Cup.

These young Bd team has every ingredients that one team should have.They have good technically sound batters alongside power hitters.Also the quality of pace attack and spin.I think Bd board should groom all these youngsters properly and after three years make senior team with these boys.From their senior pro only Liton das,Shanto,Sakib and quicks like Hasan,Tasin Shoriful Ebadot deserves to be in the team.I as a genuine cricket fan would love to see Bd winning icc trophy.That can only happen if you recegonise talent and by giving them proper chance to excel in international level.
