thanks for explaining in detail but I have a question. since you said we are borrowing and we were choosing the swap as the better option with 5.04% is this like this that we need to lose a lower interest rate because we are borrowing right? Swap is 5.04% whereas options have 5.35% or 4.36% (but it may change)

Why we using Strike price of 95.5 only but not taking 96

95.5 = 4.5 and add premium it becomes 4.5+0.662= 5.162. And 96=4 and premium is .902 so 4+.902=4.902 considering we are doing this for borrowing so we want lesser interest cost
