Sir in solving nutourne co you calculated expected receipts by multiplying the lock in rate with no of contracts and size but here you didn't multiplied with the lock-in rate. Plz if you can explain this?

Why for forward rate 0.8729 is used? as boullain will be receiving so shouldn't 0.8744 be used???

because it is a receipt, and (always we will use that exchange rate on which we receive lower amount), if we multiply 0.8744 euro/$, then our receipt will be higher. if we use 0.8729 Euro/$ the receipts will be lower.
