Hello James! Please say something about the company's board structure. Do you think the company has the right mix of Executive and Non Executive directors? What about the chair who is also an Executive Director when he should have been NED.

If the company was listed they would need the same amount of NEDs to EDs, possible topic area to come up! In terms of the Chair and also executive director, this is fine... it would be an issue if it was a NON-executive chair which should be a NED which is not the case.
