Hi James, regarding the adverse publicity hunch, which frameworks, or key areas within the syllabus, would you expect to come into play within the question?

Hi James, just on the topic of the principal- agent relationship. Would you consider both the agent and the principal to be the directors due to them having ownership of the company and also running the business ?

unless it was to get listed agency question is unlikely as the agency problem doesn't even exist yet
