Saw Joe Hammond play at King Towers in the early '80s. He head-faked THREE defenders into the stands before sinking a corner jumper. All three defenders were piled up on top of one another. I could only imagine what an impossible nightmare he was to guard in his prime...

Charlie ( zorro ) Scott was a Great Player - At North Carolina and Virgina and Phonix and Boston, He had a long career and I saw him have only 1 bad game ever. Against Purdue in the 1969 ncaa Semi finals againt Rick Mount Great Player and A Great HOF speech

I never knew Charlie Scott was from New York,he maybe be the first 6'7 Two Guard. I loved his game. At Boston him and Jo Jo White would ha ve to amaong the Greatest Backcourt teamates ever. Charlie Scott was kinda in shackles at Boston because Boston had such a systematic Offense there wasn't a lot of room for ablib.

I loved Charlie's game, too. Yes, he had to tone it down in Boston, but it paid off with a championship. He willingly did what he was asked to do and it worked out.

i saw charlie Scott play life at Norfolk arena against some other college players. He blew them away. They could not give him any competition. i am still amased to see him play live. later i saw him on tv when he played for north carolina university. ALSO I SAW HIM ON TV PLAYING WITH BOSTON CELTICS. HE IS BEST EVER BASKETBALL PLAYER. Better than micahael jordan and lebron james and any other nba star
