I would say that the tires were Drone/Acceleron technology first - you can see the Drone cars equipped with them in the flashback where they get outcasted to earth that is supposed to take place centuries before any of the events of World Race. As for eye in the sky, I have to fully agree. There is even a simpler explanation of how Gelorum got access to it - Kurt´s car was likely equipped with it too, so he probably just gave it to them when they struck a deal.

Out of all the points that you presented in the video First one about the tires, in my opinion are just coincidence I think the Acclearons made the drone cars with changing tires and when Tezla was developing the world race he just discovered and a similar way to incorporate the spike mode in to the dune ratz cars The second one has always been my theory on how the drones got the eye in the sky because it was always the simpler and more likely option. and I could really see it like the silencers are taking the drivers and the drones are taking the technology from the cars (with the exception of Kadeem) probably just because the drones got to him before the silencers could take him (also the real simplest answer is just that this animators reused the world race model for their, well for lack of a better word the drone’s drones and we all think it’s more than it actually is but at this point if Mattel ever did decide to continue the story in some form or fashion I feel like they’ll just take this fan theory and run with it) And for the third point about the grappling hooks I think it’s also coincidence because there’s is more like a harpoon than the grappling hooks used in World Race.

im gonna cover each evidence the tires:highway 35 was made before acceleceracers (duh) so they couldn't predict that a plot point envolving tires would happen in the future, so i think this fact would be retconned the reckon drone:don't have much to debunk about that one since it's pretty solid, but i once saw a theory saying that vert's mother wasn't actually dead, but rather captured by the drones and forced to create technology for them, the theory also states that she helped tezla with creating some of his tech, but this is just a theory and it's likely to be false the grappling hook:im just gonna say that spinebuster also has a grappling hook similar to the drones, and i see no reason for wylde to implement tezla's tech in a car built for street racing, unless it's pretty easy the make so he had no reason to not include it

I think she not really stole the tech. But Gelorum did some observation at World Race. Where she got the data about that ? She got that from Z36 (Kurt). We don't know what the topic they (Gelorum and Kurt) besides the wheel. Maybe they talk about the race and what others driver ability. I am so sure they always planning the strategy everytime they met. And Kurt told everything to Gelorum. So yeah, I think Gelorum not stole the tech from Tezla. She just develop and adapt the tech for her faction.
