Nigeria should come up with a marshal plan to invigorate the economy, starting with power. Electricity should be priority. Electricity is the base for development and manufacturing. The Nigerian and State Governments should Set up workshops and trade schools and technology learning institutions to train Nigeria youths. Plan for modern agriculture and technology skill training. Nigerian should tackle corruption and insecurity. These improvements will not happen by wishful thinking. Strong leadership with targeted priorities for development and security, instead of spending scarce resources on consumption on luxury SUVS , yachts, and private planes, while the Nigerian population are unemployed, uneducated and starving for food, housing and medical care. Dynamic leadership is infectious. it's like all great good coaches. They get the people excited and willing to do for the country, irrespective of tribe, religion and regions of the country where they come from. Good and Dynamic leadership foster pride and breeds unity and love for Country.
