I think "of" is pronounced as ኧቭ in British accent as well. Even many Brits write "should of" to mean "should've". The vowel may vary from person to person, but the f sound is changed to v by all

I don't like fake accent. Having an accent just indicate that in addition to English you know one more language. Don't fake it, the most important thing you use the correct vocabulary and grammar.
