Is case mai apko purchase requisition or quotation check krni chhaiye.. Ki kitni quantity material required tha isko check krne ke bad apko isko apne senior management se discuss krna hoga... Or you can directly communicate with vendor if vendor ke side se invoice mai galti hui hai to
