Their are many things which recruiter consider before scheduling interview. 1st Thing is like many recruiters were prefer candidate having less notice period. 2nd keyskills mentioned on your naukari profile 3rd how much you are active on that application, because they prefer recently updated profiles while searching for candidates Their are many more points which recruiters consider... Just update your profile on daily basis with all the skills mentioned on your profile and you will surely get job of your interest. All the best!

Hi Deepa, Thanks for the message, Managerial round won't be that much technical as you have already cleared technical round but yes, they will ask some scenario basis question and they will try to see what will be your approach in those scenarios. For example, 1. What will you do if developer denied any bug? 2. If we have very less timeline and have many thing to test then how will you proceed? 3. What will you do if your automation code were working properly earlier but day before release or demo it stopped working? 4. What you know about agile/scrum ceremonies and how much you are comfortable with scrum practices? 5. What all scrum ceremonies you have attended? 6. Can you explain your project on very abstract level. 7. What was your team size? 8. What if will ask you to perform 60% automation and 40% manual task? 9. Whether you are team player or Individual contributor? 10. Tell me any 5 tough time you faced in your entire testing experience? Prepare these kind of questions. And all the very best! Why ar u telling fake thing i have interviewed two time in Adventure The worst thing was they ar sending Devloper to take QA interview .and saying your total years of experience is equal to zero year in development.

Hi Mukesh, Doesn't matter if interview is taken by a Dev or Qa. They wants to check your actual experience, your attitude, your i can do confidence, situation handling, and little bit of logical problem solving skills along with the questions related to the programming language and tool mentioned on your Cv. Some interviewer look for more, but don't loose your confidence. Be confidence and take last interview as challenge and tackle the future interview. Thanks.

Fuck. No company is asking me theoretical questions. Only coding and scripts based questions they are asking. Even Accenture also asked me to do code. I'm looking for testing engineer job switch. I have 4 yrs of experience. Bt due to coding I didn't get a job since last 3 months. Now thinking to leave software engineer job. And to do something. As there is no growth for me as I can't code.
