After completing my 2 years in Capgemini, I started looking for a job change in the MIM(Major Incident Manager/CIM(Critical Incident Manager) domains)and the first call that I got was from Accenture. I decided to go with the opportunity. I had interviewed for the Application Tech Support Practitioner project(Critical Incident manager ) and I even got selected for the role. My joining date was January 2023.

Did you try for product based companies ? Switching to product companies early in the career is easier than later.

It's the 5th time I'm getting to upload the pan card as task mail what should I do now I don't know what is the fault but the pan card pic is too clear Can you help me in resolving this issue

@@Jaibhavani01 This error you are getting while submitting the documents? Or is some1 from Accenture team asking to correct?

@@That_IT_Girl_1 they are sending task mail to upload pan card they are not mentioning any reason

@@Jaibhavani01 Yes this happened with me for the EAF form. I suggest you ask the person who is sending the email, that what is exactly expected.

I have just faced the technical issue while attending the interview so I unable to attended it but I have raised ticket to reschedule for interview Then when I can expect the interview reschedule? Sister

@@TejaReddyManyam They will revert with the new date and time. Ideally it should be within a week. Can be within 2 days also if its an urgent business requirement.

@@TejaReddyManyam yeah they have mentioned they will reschedule and let you know. So rescheduling will be based on few factors like interview slot available, availability of the interview panel and their urgency of requirement. Also one thing if they have other candidates line up for the same role then you might get a slot after them because everybody's time and dates are scheduled.
