Hi Mohini , Even i was also having 3 years of experience when I got level 10 offer letter. FYI , Experience from 3 - 6 come under level 10 in Accenture for more information see the full video how they distinguish.

Hi Monika , It's totally depends upon your previous salary as I explained in video some of my frd has more experience than me but still they got less package than me it's just because of there previous package. So I can tell you the hike range you will get here 60%-100%+.
