i am not able to do the VLOOKUP part ..the 1st value is correct but after that its showing NA

You need to lock the row and column by using $ in Vlookup formula. Then it will not happen

It's because you are doing that on the same page. Add new sheet and try this on that.

That's happening because of not locking the column use $ sign before column & row number.

It's an internship right, but in the tasks they mentioned project name as social buzz. So for the client we have to solve rhe the issue and find the top 5 categories right. Is this comes under Project or internship then how to explain to the interviewer

I got 93273 in studying and it is showing high and also 27764 is for animals and lowest in table. So now i do

When I am removing duplicates in category column I am getting only "Studying" as 16 unique values after pressing "Ok". Can you please explain why this is happening?

Excel will remove duplicates and keep the first instance of the data based on the selected column. It is important to note that this method only keeps the first instance of duplicates based on the selected column. If you have duplicates in other columns, they will still be removed.

Use anther sheet for removing duplicates. Copy the column paste it in new sheet and try remove duplicate. Then this will not happen.
