Accept EBT or SNAP as payment on Clover POS with inventory plus plus by CSI Works

What happens if you choose ALL ITEMS under a category as ebt items, then later add items to that category into your inventory in clover. Will those items automatically be ebt elegible items since that category is marked as ALL ITEMS?
