Acceptance is the key ,I suffer with schizophrenia and Aspergers,I need to surrender to the fact , that I will have bad days ,and I am also a recovering heroin and crack addict,15 years sober this year I work a 12 step program, I am very accepting of my defects ,I do feel inadequate, I am enough ,just still finding my way through this life ,I am going to fail , but that’s ok ,I have achieved so much , thanks you for you videos
