Lets be more considered about this: Roberts doesn't score and set them up, so why start him? Ba cannot make a decision at dinner let alone on the pitch. These young'uns today showed a lack of effort and that is not acceptable. A few pros who set the standards is needed. Beale has a job on for sure, but Speakman's job to get in faces to address is enormous.
