For people that don't know Dennis Bergkamp acquired a fear (phobia) of flying after an incident where the engine cut out during a flight with the Netherlands in the 1994 World Cup. This made a journalist joke about having a "bomb" in his bag. After this Dennis would never fly again. Which is why he travels by car all the time.
