When it was diamond it was very reliable.now that you have merged it so messy banking with you. In fact to me the bank should fold up.They pilfer into people's money by the day. Today 26th January 2021part of my monthly pension was taken. I am just a retired teacher and the bank is richer than i am. Pls. REFUND my money.
