Overview:
The monitoring of the Web Accessibility Directive is unique, and the scale is impressive. In this session, Detlev Fischer, Managing Director of DIAS and senior accessibility expert (WAS) will share results from the interactive workshop held prior to the event. Best practices of enforcement and possible areas of improvement will be discussed. Panelists include Olaf Schoelink, Policy Officer Digital Accessibility at the Ministry of interior, monitoring in the Netherlands and Paweł Masarczyk, content creator at FIRR, a Polish NGO monitoring accessibility.
