Its the kizuna potions. You get free ones at the start of each kizuna and they let you replenish the stamina to 5 so you can refill tokens. I don't always use all of the ones they give if I've got high points and a lot of time to just use the normal stamina recharge.

Newgate is a free character. It's the evolved version of quick. Unevolved version works fine on the team

Actually I wouldn't say so. 50000 TM tickets are easily obtained in 2 TMs. 300 PKA tickets is also doable in atleast 2 PKAs

I just tried the Dex team and got shafted. Ace must be LLB 5. Can't afford that at all
