DO NOT USE AMTRAK! As a person in a power chair I booked my first trip R/T Emeryville/Denver and first they extended my stay ( hotel bills ) because they didn't have a room for my return. Then when it was time to return they cancelled my room because the bathroom didn't work and booked me in a coach seat. With no way to use the bathroom safely and no way to lay flat for 32-36 hours. If I'm lucky. I'm so upset. They gave me a voucher for the difference but I'll be damned to do business with this company ever again. DO NOT USE AMTRAK
