have the tcl roku tv 4 series model, the 43 inch and 50 inch with the roku speakers. access the main aps like netflix, disney plus, max, prime video, hooloo, youtube, peacock, with no problems, while using the audio guide and audio description. complete blind user here. also added the fire stick 4k max to both. so have the best of both worlds. yep.

This comment is regarding the TCL 65 inch 4K Roku TV we just purchased and I am not able to find the accessibility settings and especially the audio guide/screen reader that I have seen is supposed to be on all Roku TVs is there something in the settings on the TCL itself? If someone could reach back out to me that would be greatly appreciated

hopefully you found the audio guide on the tcl roku tv now. it's under accessibility, when you go into the settings menu. the shortcut to turn it on and off is press the option/star button 4 times quickly. I have the 50 inch and 43 inch of the tcl roku tv 4 series for about 4 years now with the roku speakers. complete blind user here. yep.

@@driza97 yes I did actually last month. I believe it was I checked for updates. My TV had an update and the audio guide was there but thank you for responding.

Thank you for the review I have to say on my Sony TVs the performance has been less than expected first of all having several of them go bad with the HDMI ports just collapsing and failing and having to change to the porch until you have no more ports need to become just a stupid monitor next my Sony TV is the smart features on it really not so smart turn the TV on it’ll play for a minute or two dinner to go into an update mode right when you’re just starting to follow a show or something it starts updating then when it’s done updating it resets and you have to go all the way back over and find anything that you want to watch ridiculous and then finally I really do not like the remote controls the remotes have way too many buttons not her not tactile to where you can find what you wanna find and the voice assistant you would think that would be like a large button that allows somebody to find it but no it’s the tiny little hidden button on the remote disgusting anyway I think I’m gonna try a Samsung next hopefully it’s better
