It seems that the press is always angling to paint MJ as a villain. I appreciate how Riley always brings it back to the love. Why would she think about the allegations? Lisa Marie clearly felt she knew MJ well enough so she felt comfortable marrying him and having her children around them. The question was weird the way it was asked.

It all has to do with racism. Making MJ , a black man, who just so happened to be the biggest artist of all time, the big bad wolf who brainwashed Elvis’s daughter to fall in love with him.

It didn't seem to... it's always the case! This girl is not even a journalist I guess and even if she's, well, she didn't do her homework. I mean in 2024 you are expected to dive a little bit deeper than that... Michael Jackson was innocent and those who strenuously denied that point ought to question their own standards.

@@deonneb facts!! They never mention it. They also never bring up what Lisa said in her book, that Priscilla’s boyfriend Michael Edwards molested Lisa when she was 10-14 years old. Lisa told Priscilla and Priscilla did nothing about it. Not a word about that during these interviews promoting Lisa’s book. The Presley’s and Riley are using Michael Jackson to get attention for this book.

Yeah, the same old photo's recycled over and over again from that one day in 1995 that they did the little stroll around the Neverland ranch with all those people there. Did Lisa Marie's recently released memoir show any photo's of her and Michael actually LIVING together, like the photo's you get of Priscilla sitting by the pool at Graceland, riding the golf carts at Graceland etc.? Nope, there wasn't a single photo like that her book, that's because the whole story is fake, they weren't even legally married in the first place and definitely not living together.

@@biancamonzo8117 the book wasn’t about Michael, it was about Lisa and her life, she had multiple husbands and out of all of them she decided to give Michael a whole chapter, saying she was in her highest point in her life during that time, if that isn’t love I don’t what it is. Besides we’re talking about the 90s, it’s no like today that you can easily take a picture with your phone, I’m sure they have more private pictures and both families don’t have to show them to the public if they don’t want to, they don’t owe them anything

Michael was never in the slightest bit interested in Lisa Marie Presley, they weren't even sleeping together nor ever living together, that's why there were no photos in her recent memoir of them at any "house" they supposedly shared. As for Paris, she never even met Lisa Marie, Lisa Marie was well and truly gone by '98 when Paris was born. Furthermore, there's nobody called "Lisa Marie" or "Paris" mentioned anywhere at all in Michael's music.

Thank YOU Riley, YOU are honouring your mums life in how you are choosing to share it with us. I remember your mum being interviewed by Oprah… it was awful. Oprah belittled your mum for loving and marrying Michael Jackson; Lisa-Marie in that very moment made me feel as though she was squirming being interviewed by that hideous Oprah. Thank you for being honest. I would rather know she loved him and vice versa than it all be a regrettable mistake. I appreciate your honesty in how you share your experiences and understanding of what was happening too. Elvis would be so proud; as is your brother and mother… the rest of your amazing family ❤❤ Note** Is it addiction or is it self medicating to deal with an unusual and stressful lifestyle ? Addiction = lack of self control Self Medicating = a self chosen ongoing treatment; most likely because it may of been the only way to just keep going, to keep moving forward A doctor cannot truly have the understanding you think they should/ do; hence the reason for varied fields of medicine; but they still don’t always get it right and people in these situations don’t always simply walk away and start new lives; they persist… PS Great interview and interviewer

Back then, people/media etc. were convinced it was fake for Michael Jackson’s image’s sake, the same when he was with Brooke Shields way back in the 80’s. No allegations then, just his reputation/rumours about being gay/virgin/asexuall/child with kids and animals for friends. Michael Jackson definitely also felt the need to convince people. When they were engaged/married (can’t remember if it was one or the other), they walked on stage at some sort of award show/event only with the purpose of a long kiss. Others just thought it was a publicity stunt : “The legend Michael Jackson with the daughter of one of his biggest idols, another legend, Elvis Presley.” The fact that the marriage only lasted a year also seemed to confirm to people that it was fake. Lisa Marie was asked in almost all interviews if their relationship was genuine, even in recent years. Maybe you already know all of this, in that case, sorry 😄, but that’s the backstory.

I just wish Elvis would have done the right thing by his family because in the end that’s who you have! He died in such a sad lonely way! Priscilla left him because of the drugs and the cheating and he stated that he wasn’t going to change for anybody! People forget that Priscilla was the one looking after his meals to keep his weight down. He went down hill so fast after their divorce and no one was strong enough to help him! He had all yes people around him which was the worst thing for him! Elvis lost out on his daughter growing up and being able to enjoy his grandchildren!

Priscilla left him because she fell in love with her karate teacher. She tells that in her book. Elvis even considered hiring a hitman to end him.

Its such a shame that when a celebrity dies, their kids start cashing in. We dont all need to know she was having a hard time, her son died. Also hope that Riley allows Priscilla to be buried next to Elvis, sad to see.

So are you not going to talk about the fact that she was using Ozempic and died from on of the symptoms.

Did you see her take Ozempic?

Not according to the autopsy. That wasn't given as cause of death.

@fredericksmith7169 cause of death was one of the symptoms of using Ozempic. Your waste moves slowly through the intestines, staying there too long and it killes you.

That is not why she died. She had weight loss surgery several years ago and did die from a complication related to that. Adhesions (scar tissue) formed strangulated part of her small bowel causing an obstruction. Only about 3 percent of bariatric patients die from this complication.

The autopsy never mentions Ozempic. Stop inventing BS.
