Robin says it’s so confusing to figure out what to divide and how to divide when talking of the property she lives in. It’s really not that difficult! Janelle put in x amount, so calculate that percentage on sale of house. Of course it helps that they have her over a barrel as she’s not on any paperwork. I feel very sorry for Janelle as she was instrumental in helping them all gain, yet has now been left effectively penniless. I hope she lawyers up and gets what’s rightfully hers.
