I know she’s Jewish but I have no religion and I go into churches out of respect for others. So pray for Dorit not EJ. One of them was arrested and indicted on fraud charges and was being accused of falsely charging Erika $800,000. The charges were dropped against Chris Psalia. Erika tried to get the case dismissed but was denied.

Erika has portrayed herself over the years as extremely savvy and sharp and she turned complete control of her LLC over to Tom? That right there - she set herself up for questionable things to happen. $20M was deposited in the account and she DID question the veracity of the victims' claims. Let's put it this way: where did she think that money was coming from? She knows she's not raking in that amount of money; she chose to play dumb. At a minimum, she's guilty of that. As for her going ballistic at being called a liar - she's called people liars yet expects them to treat her decently. Please. Doesn't work that way.

I’ve been a “corporate wife” to then an EXTREMELY successful businessman though not at Sutton’s standard. Here people don’t own sports teams. We are much more democratic than that. When you are very busy- me with lots of children- I signed many documents without reading them. Towards the end when I had the time to read documents he didn’t show me but forged my signature instead.

@@michelegraham9044 I get that. I have friends who've done that, but at the end of the day, that's shirking your responsibility as a grown women. That's kind of my point. You can't demand all this respect and expect people to take you seriously and think you're smart (throughout her tenure on this show, she always brags about how Tom said she'd be a pretty good lawyer, etc.) and then when the rubber hits the road not take steps in an LLC that is YOUR LLC to not review bank statements, the checks coming in, who they're from. But I think she didn't want to. She was only to happy to live that lifestyle and, "Eh...I'm not going to worry where that money comes from." Look back at her on her tour bus, etc. She was only to happy to have us and those around her think she ran that show. And then bleep hits the fan and she's the victim? Uh, no, ma'am.

What pissed me off was Sutton not giving her any money. I got nothing from my divorce. Not a dollar or an asset despite my parents spending over $100,000 on lawyers when I wasn’t getting anywhere on my own. That was also a big fat waste of money & a LOT of money back in the late 80s/early 90s. They spent so much money I could have bought half a house but it became an ego thing between them. After the divorce I ended up with nothing. I got a cheque once from a big company he was in business with to keep my mouth shut about any deals they did but had to hand that over to my parents who expected it. Did my mother in the next state ever send me money? No. I suspect he had hidden most of it overseas back in the days when that sort of thing happened. I was living on a government pension with $40 a week left for food- 5 of us. I often went to bed without food & hungry. Before I finally found the courage to leave I was spending $300 a week at the supermarket but don’t remember how much I spent at the butcher or green grocer. I don’t know what green grocer is in American but a shop that only sells fruit and vegetables but I bought enough that they’d deliver it to my home. My kids had HUGE appetites when growing up.

I really don’t get why everyone thinks Kathy is a big deal. I really don’t get it. Obviously the humour doesn’t translate overseas. And I can’t STAND Sutton or Garcelle. I miss Rinna. Everyone should do themselves a favour and go to Zack Peter who I think is a friend of this girl. He used to have a book club. Look for “House of Hilton “.
