This is the best kitchen appliance I have ever used. I m using this chopper for last three months, everyday 3-4 times a day. I use it to prepare salads, mausambi juice, tadka chopping for curries, choori, choorma and it gives the best gobhi crush for prathas which was a cumbersome job earlier. Every woman must have this product in her kitchen. In case the thread gets stuck just rotate the white part on the lid and it will be fine. Also make sure it fits into the blade hole perfectly while closing and don't stuff it too much otherwise it might get stuck. I would give 10 on 10 to this product.
