The marked police cars were using an Argentinian police skin from this (mostly) outdated skin pack: www.beamng.com/resources/global-police-skin-pack.1569/ The unmarked hatchback (Vivace) was actually using the lights from this pack: www.beamng.com/resources/swedish-police-department.26526/ The setting was supposed to be in Argentina because the map, Rutas Argentina, was set there.
