As a professional graphic designer and former house painter, I can absolutely assure you that colours affect your mood. blue wasn't a bad choice but you guys picked a cartoon/sports team blue which definitely comes of as childish(I have painted many children's rooms those colours because they love the Toronto Maple Leafs.) A less saturated blue would've been money but y'all insisted on the loudest dark blue possible. Nothing wrong with grey but colours can absolutely change the vibe anywhere. Many studies have proven as much. Don't let Tommy bully you, Matt knows what he's talking about.
