Nice job with the sour dough bread. Funny thing is I got out of bed at midnight Tuesday morning to put three containers with double doughs in each into my fridge. Will bake them Wednesday. I did shape and baked the sux loaves in my gar oven which I never use. I actually prefer my counter top Breville oven for everything. I was concerned that the boules hadn’t completely cooked inside so I put them back in for another 20 minutes. They all temped at 210 but the instant read thermometer came out with tacky dough and I put them back in the oven for 15 minutes more. After they cooled, I put them int bread bags and delivered them in the teaming rain. I think I’ll know what everyone thinks about them tomorrow. Oh well. Joseph.
