@@raphael9783 LMAO please... I have been in multiple accidents. Been in a rollover after catching the dirt to avoid a car under steering into my lane on a narrow one lane road. And had been t-boned by a speeding red light runner when I was a passenger in my friend's tiny Miata. Also almost burned to death at a race track during a 5 cars pile up. I know what it is like to be in near fatal accidents. And what I said isn't a joke... It is only dangerous if you're a bad driver. Those hours I saved weren't from speeding recklessly around innocent traffic... Because I actually know how to drive and when it is appropriate to drive fast. And no... I'm not racing down the road... I just drive in a way that allows me to not get caught up in traffic, no unnecessary braking and stopping, and always time it right to catch the green light instead of red. I'm usually only 5-10 mph over the speed limit at most. Unless it's the back road. I saved HOURS driving SAFELY while others wasted time driving slowly and hesitantly. Which is actually more dangerous to traffic when you're going slow. There is a reason why a ticket for speeding is less than a ticket for driving under the speed limit. I'm just simply saying that if you know what you're doing... You're saving much more than mere seconds. You save HOURS. And that can be a difference between shtting your pants after taco bell or being comfy on your toilet where no one can hear you drop the next atomic bomb.

Don't get me wrong, you can push even a Hyundai, sure, but knowing where its limitations are (and knowing what _your_ limitations are as a driver) are good variables to know *before* pushing the vehicle or yourself past the point of inevitable failure on a shared roadway. The benefit of being a safe driver is everyone ends up wanting _you_ driving their car, so you get the chance to drive a lot of cars you otherwise wouldn't get to experience. Added benefit: you significantly _lessen_ the likelihood of having to experience such horrific crashes firsthand. I got my license when I was 15; I'm 34 now with 0 collisions and/or speeding tickets behind the wheel, over a million miles logged between CDL (I drove a 30' passenger bus) and last-mile driving, and I still drive daily for work (in Denver). Please take care out there... everyone wants to make it home safely at the end of the day.
@NoReply286 ай бұрын
"you can push even a Hyundai" Just so you know... Hyundai now a day are fast AF... Some of their everyday grocery getter can outrun some supercars. Some older Hyundai models are plenty sporty as well. Not to mention affordable price, amazing warranty and great quality... "you can push even a Hyundai" as if it some lame and horrible brand. Pfft.
@DJSekuHusky6 ай бұрын
@@NoReply28I am aware, however, I believe you're drawing the wrong meaning from my statement. Allow me to clarify. I wasn't talking smack about Hyundai; it's sort of why I prefaced my statement with, "don't get me wrong", but we _are_ talking about vehicles with soft suspension, soft tires, soft brakes... vehicles _not meant_ to be pushed to their very limit, since, after all, it's not like they're "track-day" cars straight from the factory... well, except for the _N-line,_ but the majority of the Hyundai lineup are city-going "econoboxes". They're soft and made to casually cruise, not set a Nürburgring lap-record, but you wouldn't exactly know it from how some motorists attempt to drive them from the various dashcam-crash clips. I stated they *can* be pushed in the hands of a competent driver. Meaning don't just get behind the wheel and try that one stunt you saw in a movie that one time and expect it to go well with zero practice or understanding of how the car will react to the applied forces.
