3 and 5 were freak accidents. Brakes locking up would have pulled the semi over into on coming traffic. Looked like he blew a tire and a line took out the brakes.

You are wrong. In the real video, the car is on a main road and the truck is on a road that crosses the highway. And also, there are no "stop" signs on the highway, as the cameras in the real footage show.
