ACCOMPLICE | Section 133 of Evidence Act (along with S 114 Illus (b) | Witness | Law of Evidence

In this session, i have discussed Section 133 of Evidence Act i.e. the concept of accomplice witness, along with Chart, Illustrations, Case Laws. I have also discussed the connected provisions like Section 114's (b) illustration and Section 306 of CrPC, 1973 to discuss the accomplice becoming approver and getting pardon from court etc. As Evidence Act is common among many nations, this can be referred by such students also. An accomplice is a competent witness provided he is not a co accused under trial in the same case.. what does this statement implies????

Accomplice need not to be part of all actions of a crime. In few acts of crime if he has not directly participated, for those he can't be an accused and for those acts he can give witness
